3. Requisitos del Cliente
Para recibir nuestros servicios, el cliente debe cumplir:
- Ser mayor de edad (18 años o más)
- Proporcionar información veraz sobre sí mismo y su caso
- Importe mínimo de pérdida: €3.000
- Aportar documentos y evidencias necesarios
- Cumplir los términos del contrato y cooperar con nuestros especialistas
4. Procedimiento de Prestación
El proceso de prestación incluye las siguientes etapas:
- Initial consultation: case review and realistic assessment of recovery prospects
- Evidence and documentation: gathering materials and preparing formal claims
- Legal actions: communication with banks, PSPs and regulators
- Negotiations/settlement: pursuing voluntary settlement or enforced recovery

5. Pago de los Servicios
Normalmente trabajamos con honorarios de éxito:
